Tbaiq Qasidoun allows obtaining special permits for some services supervised by the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, including:1- Permit to circumambulate for non-pilgrims.2- Permit to receive the Black Stone.3- Permission to pray in the stone of Ismail.4- A permit to visit the library of the Grand Mosque.5- Permission to attend orientation and guidance lessons.6- Permission to attend the Holy Quran memorization sessions.
